How to use
- Choose Parameter value for one query value or path component. For example, a space becomes %20 and an ampersand becomes %26.
- Choose Full URL to retain URL separators such as : / ? & =. This mode does not validate whether a URL is reachable, and decoding preserves encoded reserved separators.
- A + stays a plus sign; this is not form-urlencoded decoding. Avoid decoding signed URLs before requesting them because changing their bytes can invalidate signatures.
